No very good. But I guess it hit too many times in the Stations Casino that they took out the big payoff. Bet $1 and if you get 10 out of 10 you win 1 million. Better to play a 7 spot.

Read an article some time ago.. It said the most popular number in Nevada was # 80. Here in Oregon keno is played all day every day state wide (every three min.) and the most popular # is 51.
Sure each casino has a record of past games, and a player can get a copy of this.. (I think)

The game of 3-spot Keno is similar to 4-spot Keno. Eighty numbers are displayed on a board, and 20 of these numbers will be chosen to be the winning numbers. To play, a player selects three numbers on his or her playing card. Suppose a player pays $1 to play and the $1 is not returned. The payoffs made by the Dunes Casino in Las Vegas for each of the possible outcomes are listed here:
Outcome Payoff
0 or 1 number $0
2 winning # $1
3 winning # $42
a) what is the expected value of the game?
b) what is the house edge for this game, expressed as a percentage of $1?

I work at a bar, and have watched one man come in every day and walk out with hundreds of dollars in keno winnings. He told me that the winning numbers are on a set pattern, identifiable by the game number. He would not tell me any more. Thank you all in advance for any helpful information you may provide.
