In The Game Of Keno, Why Are You Not Allowed To Select More Than 20 Numbers?please Help Me!!!?
It’s a game of odds - if you select 20, you have to get what - at least 10 of those numbers to win your bet back at the very most. The odds of getting 10 out of 20 are better than getting say, 2 out of 4. The more numbers you choose, the less the payoff is and at some point your bet is worthless. You may as well mark all numbers then.

it is a game of chance. keno providers lets you chose as many numbers as they can afford: they still have to keep part of the money as house edge. And besides that, if the odds would be in favour of the player the prizes would be really small, and you wouldn’t play the game anymore.

I would also have to confirm what the previous poster stated. After all, it is a game of chance and it goes both ways.
The harder it is to win, the more the payout the casino would be willing to payout.
Getting All 10 out of 20 chosen is a fair amount, over that and payoffs drop significantly.
